Consulting/Service
Consulting & Service
We provide a variety of customer services with the experience and know-how accumulated while
providing welder-related customer services for over 20 years.
Consulting
Appropriate welding parameters are required to achieve the desired welding result and quality. You can find suitable welding conditions by checking whether the settings such as wire supply speed, welding voltage, arc length, dynamics, etc. are appropriate, or whether the welding sequence, welding posture, or torch angle are appropriate through consulting.
We will first check whether welding test is possible according to the prior information provided by the customer about the specimen material, wire material and diameter, shielding gas, etc. We test based on the specific specimen and wire provided by the customer to find the right welding conditions and show the welding result.
Customer support service
(Coaching welding automation technology)
In order to safely use the welding machine for a long time, regular calibration and safety inspection are required once a year. We measure the voltage, current, and wire supply speed in compliance with the ISO900/14001 series of quality management systems and standards, check if they are within the allowable range, and write and deliver the calibration results.
If an error occurs while using the welding system, or if there is a defect or damage, we have to visit the site and travel expenses will be incurred.
